Monika Agarwal

Monika Agarwal is an IB educator with 13 years of teaching experience across diverse schools, and for the past eight years she has worked within the UWC movement in India, Thailand, and Armenia. She has held roles in Global Politics and Theory of Knowledge, and has served as IBDP Coordinator and Extended Essay Coordinator. Within IBEN, Monika works as a Programme Leader, Workshop Leader for Global Politics, Extended Essay, and ToK, course outline reader, and senior examiner with experience across Papers 1, 2, and 3. She is a Team Leader for Global Politics Paper 2 and Paper 3. Monika also contributes resources as an IB Exchange content writer. Her practice centers on concept based planning, assessment literacy, inclusion, and calm classroom routines that support wellbeing. She is currently pursuing a PhD on pedagogical approaches in international schools.
