You may cancel your booking at any time but if you cancel after you have received email confirmation from us that your workshop is going ahead, the full fees will still be payable, but you may nominate an alternative participant, subject to the charges listed below.
There is an additional charge of £50 administration fee payable for any alterations made to your booking which are made earlier than 15 days before a workshop (except substitution of a teacher on the same workshop subject for which there is no charge).

Any changes made within 15 days of a workshop start will incur a £150 administration charge.
As a matter of principle, we make all of our payments to contractors and suppliers in a timely fashion and we expect our customers to do so too. If you are more than 30 days late with a payment, we will invoice you for an additional late payment fee of £50. We will not issue any Certificates of Attendance until your account is cleared and payment has been received in full.
