A late booking surcharge will be applied to all face-to-face workshop bookings made within 21 days of a workshop start date.
This face-to-face workshop event will be held at The British School Warsaw which is on Ul. B. Limanowskiego on the south side of the city of Warsaw, just 15 minutes from Lotnisko Chopina Warszawa Airport.
Timings: 08:30-16:30 on Days 1 and 2 and 08:30-12:30 on Day 3.
RECOMMENDED FOR: Experienced language and cultural studies (LCS) coordinators or teachers; LCS coordinators or teachers who have attended a Cat. 1 LCS workshop.
This workshop provides a forum for experienced language and cultural studies (LCS) teachers/ coordinators to engage in an in-depth discussion around enhancing the learning, teaching, assessment, and implementation of LCS. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of the LCS syllabus and assessment models and the role of this core component within the CP; share strategies and approaches that reflect diverse contexts and diverse student profiles; and review, develop and share learning engagements and teaching strategies that support pedagogically sound implementation and assessment of LCS.
Once you have made your booking, you will receive an automatically generated BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and an invoice (or a receipted invoice if you have paid by credit card). Shortly after that, once we have processed your booking, you will receive an email from us with further information.
Once we have confirmed that the workshop will go ahead we will send you a confirmation email and an information pack which tells you everything that you need to know about joining your sessions. The links to join your sessions will be sent to you by email around 2 days before your sessions start.
