This VIRTUAL workshop will be delivered via ZOOM by an IBO-trained workshop leader. The timings are 09:00-13:30 UK time each day with a pre-workshop set-up meeting starting at 08:30 UK time on Day 1.
Required for coordinators; encouraged for members of the pedagogical leadership team, librarians, specialists, deans of students, counsellors, year level leaders/heads of department, section/deputy/assistant/vice heads, inclusion specialists, career/guidance specialist.
This workshop will support learning leaders to create the culture and conditions of a Middle Years Programme (MYP) school by considering the school's choices and actions and their impact on student learning. Building on this understanding, leaders will consider the ways in which they will place learning at the centre of their IB programme, through the thoughtful development of purpose, culture and environment, in alignment with the IB's standards and practices. During the workshop, leaders will have begun to develop their school's IB action plan to meet the IB's requirements for authorization and a vision for ongoing implementation.
Once you have made your booking, you will receive an automatically generated BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and an invoice (or a receipted invoice if you have paid by credit card). Shortly after that, once we have processed your booking, you will receive an email from us with further information.
Once we have confirmed that the workshop will go ahead we will send you a confirmation email and an information pack which tells you everything that you need to know about joining your sessions. The links to join your sessions will be sent to you by email around 2 days before your sessions start.
