IBICUS Seminars are offered FREE to Coordinators in IB World Schools and vary in format and length. Please note that IBICUS Seminars are not official IB PD workshops and do not count towards school authorisation and evaluation.
Are you a new IB school head or principal? Or an experienced IB head looking for fresh perspectives on recruiting teachers who will thrive in an IB school? Are you looking to set or redesign your school’s leadership structure? With the organisation chart requested by IB for scrutiny both at authorisation and evaluation stages, every IB school must evidence the positions and roles they have in their school: how do you know if your organisation chart, positions of leadership and responsibility, and teaching cultures match with IB expectations? Join us for this free seminar as we unpack some top tips for crafting an organisation chart for IB review, and share advice and experiences for balancing recruitment of highly-experienced IB teachers with budget and location pressures - how we can look for ‘IB-aligned’ or ‘IB-mindset’ teachers who don’t yet have the hands-on IB teaching experience, but who can bring immense value to your school.
