IBICUS Seminars are offered FREE to Coordinators in IB World Schools and vary in format and length. Please note that IBICUS Seminars are not official IB PD workshops and do not count towards school authorisation and evaluation.
Registering students for DP or CP is one of the most important procedural elements of the coordinator’s role. Join us for this free seminar as we consider first year registrations, the IBIS system, third party integrations, communications and confirmations with parents and students, and the timelines for different types of registrations. Learn from each other’s successes and positive experiences in a forum Q&A at key points throughout the session. With large cohorts, the chance of making a small mistake in the IB registration is vastly increased, but with the clearly established system we will discuss here, you will be sure that each parent, guardian and student has confirmed all details are correct before the registration window closes.

Once you have made your booking, you will receive an automatically generated BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and an invoice (or a receipted invoice if you have paid by credit card). Shortly after that, once we have processed your booking, you will receive an email from us with further information.
Once we have confirmed that the workshop will go ahead we will send you a confirmation email and an information pack which tells you everything that you need to know about joining your sessions. The links to join your sessions will be sent to you by email around 2 days before your sessions start.
