IBICUS Seminars are offered FREE to Coordinators in IB World Schools and vary in format and length. Please note that IBICUS Seminars are not official IB PD workshops and do not count towards school authorisation and evaluation.
There are two calendars that are crucial to the DP and CP coordinator (and, increasingly, the MYP Coordinator too): the annual coordinator’s calendar and the student’s assessment calendar. Join us as we cover what should go into each one, which one you must submit to the IB, and how to go about working with subject leads to find the least compromising compromises. Ensuring you don’t miss any important deadlines with the IB and that you give yourself enough time to run processes in school will help you keep the plates spinning and sanity intact. Once you have made your booking, you will receive an automatically generated BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and an invoice (or a receipted invoice if you have paid by credit card). Shortly after that, once we have processed your booking, you will receive an email from us with further information.
Once we have confirmed that the workshop will go ahead we will send you a confirmation email and an information pack which tells you everything that you need to know about joining your sessions. The links to join your sessions will be sent to you by email around 2 days before your sessions start.
