Roz Trudgon

Roz has been involved with the IB since 1998. During which time she has held a number of in-school roles including: Head of Senior School, IBDP co-ordinator, TOK co-ordinator and Extended Essay co-ordinator. Roz also served on the UK's IB Schools and Colleges Association (IBSCA) steering committee for a number of years. Roz's involvement with the IB has many strands: she is an authorisation team leader, DP Consultant, CP Consultant,  workshop leader, programme field rep, school verification and evaluation visit team leader/chair,  five year evaluation consultant, examiner and a School Services Lead Educator.  In addition to her expertise within the DP Roz has also worked closely with a number of schools introducing the IBCP and previously held the role of IBCP Associate Manager within the AEM.  Roz leads a range of workshops including: Administration, Coordination, Evaluating the DP, TOK across the DP, ATL and the Extended Essay   Roz has a wealth of experience in guiding and supporting DP and CP coordinators in establishing, developing and promoting the DP and CP in schools, forging a solid reputation for her depth of knowledge and practical approach.  Roz's workshops are highly interactive and participant focussed, she believes that workshops should be structured in such a way that the participants learn through immersion in the topic and she promises to never read from PowerPoint slides.
