Rabab Lafi

Rabab Lafi has extensive experience in both MYP and DP programs.  She is working as a consultant for Arabic in different international schools .  She was previously an educator for teachers in Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) Amman. She has also been an  Arabic teacher for Language A in Cambridge High School in Amman, an Arabic teacher and Coordinator at the Emirates National School - Abu Dhabi City Campus, and was the Coordinator for Arabic at Amman Academy for two years and head of Arabic at International Amman Academy in Amman. Her previous teaching experience was at Amman Baccalaureate School (ABS) for six years,  Modern Montessori School (MMS) for 4 years, and Arabic teacher in National Academic School in Amman for three years. Rabab has been the moderator for language A in the MYP programme, and has participated in consecutive curriculum reviews for language A in the MYP. Rabab has been involved in teaching the IB Arabic Program at all levels, language A and B within the International Baccalaureate program for many years and she is extremely experienced in assessment. Rabab has participated in a number of schools’ accreditation processes and she was invited to participate as a member of a CIS visiting team and for MYP authorization.  Rabab holds PHD degree in Arabic from University of Jordan with a “Excellent” GPA. She has 24 years' teaching and assessment experience and is a member of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) and Workshop Leaders' teams.
