Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I am currently living and working in Warsaw, Poland. With over 25 years of teaching experience and more than two decades dedicated to the IB Diploma Programme, I bring a deep passion for IB education—particularly in Geography, where I have taught and supported students for over 20 years. I work as an examiner for IB Geography Paper 1 and the Extended Essay, and have also held key roles within the IB framework, including CAS Coordinator for over 10 years and Extended Essay Coordinator at my school. As Head of Year 13 for the past six years, I’ve worked closely with the Head of IB at my school to guide students through the unique challenges of the final year—supporting them through IA deadlines, TOK, and the overall demands of the program—which has given me a comprehensive understanding of nearly all aspects of the IB Diploma Programme. I’ve led IB workshops for over five years and truly value the opportunity to collaborate with educators around the world. I believe strongly in the IB’s mission and the lifelong skills and attributes it fosters in students.
