  • The Learner Portfolio as each student's drafting board
  • Critical tools that find regular practice in annotations and commentaries
  • Theory of Knowledge connections (like 'perception' from narrative and audience lenses)
  • Global issues toward coherent Individual orals
  • Seven concepts to develop several HL essay 'seeds' (toward a refined final assessment)
  • Balancing and managing student choice for practice and assessed work
  • Enjoying literature and learning throughout the course (and beyond)
