What is included?

Tuition from workshop leaders, workshop materials and workbook, lunches and refreshments during the workshops, admin support during the event. 


If you are arriving by car, please park in one of the school car parks – the security attendant on the gate will direct you. 

Help Desk

The foyer area in the main entrance of the school will be the admin centre for the courses and the reception desk will be manned while the workshop is running. 

Lunches and snacks

All refreshments & lunches are in the dining room but there will be plenty of signs to direct you on the first day. If you have any food allergies or require a special diet, please email before the workshop starts. 

Email and Internet use

You are most welcome to use the school network via your laptop/smart phone while you are at the ISP and login instructions are not necessary as the whole school has wireless internet and is simple to access. The school welcomes MAC or Windows OS users. 

Where to go

After registering on the first day, your workshop leaders will meet you and take you to your subject classrooms. 

Health and Safety

We shall brief you on arrival about what to do in the event of a fire or emergency in each building. If you feel ill during the workshop, please come to the reception desk or see the numbers below.

What to wear

Casual dress, but appropriate for Prague in February – so warm layers. 

Local money

The currency is the Czech Koruna or Crown(CZK). Don’t rely on only Euros. 

Time difference

The Czech Republic is 1 hour ahead of GMT. 

Electrical items

The electricity current is 110-120 volts, and requires a European adaptor. 

What to bring

Any materials requested in advance by your workshop leader, including your subject guide (there will be no spare copies on site). Bring either electronic or paper versions as you prefer. 

Special diets

If you have let us know on your registration form, your requirements will be met. If not, please email before the workshop starts. 


A certificate of attendance will be sent to you as a PDF document after the event. 


At the end of the workshop and you will be emailed a link to complete an online evaluation form. If you have any queries or issues or have any comments to make about your workshop, please do approach the Help Desk on site.
