Wellington College is situated to the West of London and is between Reading in Berkshire and Camberley in Surrey.
Wellington College is close to London Heathrow Airport and further from London Gatwick Airport. London Stansted is on the opposite side of London and is a considerable distance best achieved by train through central London.
You should aim to arrive at the airport on the afternoon or early evening of Monday 29 October 2018.
If you arrive at Heathrow or Gatwick, the easiest way to reach the College is to pre-book a taxi.
London black taxi cabs do not need pre-booking (but are much more expensive than a pre-booked taxi).

or Uber at https://www.uber.com/cities/london# (estimated costs Heathrow to the College £40-60, Gatwick to the college £70-90 but these vary depending on demand. Uber cars cannot be prebooked and you need the app on your smart phone.)
or Prestige cars of Wokingham on +44(0) 1189 890890
or one of the many airport taxi services available.
It should cost between
£40-60 from Heathrow – 20-30 mins and
£70-90 from Gatwick – 75-90 mins
If you are arriving by taxi, please tell the taxi driver to go to

If not, you may find yourself at a locked gate at the wrong entrance.
Wokingham station (links to London Waterloo and Reading) is 4 miles from the College and you can take a taxi from there.
Crowthorne station (links to Reading and Wokingham and Gatwick airport via Redhill station) is 1 mile from the College but trains are only about once per hour to and from there.
On Monday 29 October, there will be minibus shuttle services between Crowthorne station and Wokingham station and Wellington College between 15:30-22:30 hours provided by IBICUS. Look for the IBICUS signs on the minibus windscreen. The longest wait should be about 30 minutes. Or take a taxi from the stations to Wellington College.
There are local taxis at Wokingham or call Prestige cars of Wokingham on +44 (0)1189 890890.
Note from http://www.wellingtoncollege.org.uk/2567/contact/visiting-wellington on directions:
Please do not trust Google or Satnav to give you the best route into College. Most Satnavs will send you to the East Gate which is accessible only with a pass key. If you use only the College's postcode, the chances are you will be sent the wrong way.
The correct entrance is via Duke's Ride. Some Satnavs or websites will allow you to enter road details instead. If that's the case, enter Duke’s Ride, Crowthorne.
Depending on your system, you should enter one of these:
Dukes Ride, Crowthorne RG45 7PU
The OS Grid Map Reference, SU 827638
Please drive into the College and park in front of the main entrance or on side roads. There is plenty of parking available.
If you are staying on-site, you should aim to arrive at the College between 16:00 and 20:00 on Monday 29 October. Dinner will be from 18:30 to 20:00. If you likely to arrive after 19:45, please make sure you eat beforehand or pick up something on the way. Please let us know if you are arriving after 21:00 as we will need to make sure that the College staff can get you to your room.
After the end of the last session, minibuses will be available to transport you back to either Wokingham or Crowthorne stations.
We will also be offering coach transfers to London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports and Reading Station. Tickets for these discounted transfers will be available to purchase from the IBICUS TRANSPORT DESK from lunchtime on Tuesday to lunchtime on Wednesday 31 October.
