Once you have gone through the booking process and we have received your registration, you will receive an automatic acknolwedgement of this, showing all the details you have just entered, together with either an invoice (for paying by bank transfer/cheque) or a receipt if you have paid by credit card.

Our Administration Manager, Lesley Beckingham, will then send you a formal confirmation email, letting you know that you (or your participant) has a place on the workshop and either that it is already confirmed as going ahead, or asking you to wait before making any hotel or transport reservations until you hear from her again with the confirmation message that the course is viable.

(If you are a new customer, please send an email to your IT department requesting that emails from "ibicus.org.uk" do not get caught in your spam filters.  Lesley always emails very soon after your booking so if you have not heard from her, the email may be in cyberspace!  If so, please try calling on 07818 252420.)

We always advise you NOT to make non-refundable arrangements before the workshop is formally confirmed.  Insurance to cover cancellations is also strongly recommended.  Please make sure you apply for any relevant Visas in good time. 

You will be directed to the relevant area of our website to view/download the Information Booklet for the workshop you have booked.  This will contain information on the venue's location, the timetable, accommodation suggestions etc.

Closer to the course dates, you will receive an email from your workshop leader to tell you what to bring with you.  This will always include your Subject Guide, which is available from the Online Curriculum Centre if you do not already have this.  Your IB Coordinator should have a login to be able to access this website and download the documents you need.

Approximately 10 days before the workshop, Lesley will send you a final information message with all the last minute information you need but you are of course welcome to email her at anytime on lesley@ibicus.org.uk with your workshop queries.
