Jeehan was the Bridge Years (pre-IB) Coordinator at the Modern Montessori School, Head of Department at Amman Academy School and a teacher of English at both schools in Amman, Jordan. She has had a 9-year experience of teaching English B and an overall teaching and administrative experience of 17 years now.

Jeehan holds Cambridge Certificate for Overseas Teachers of English and a BA in English Language and Literature. She completed her Intel Teach to the Future course and became a master trainer in 2003.

Jeehan’s mastery of the labyrinths of professional development and delivery of English as a second language has enabled her to gain the academic and experiential knowledge required to engage in curriculum development, course designs, headship positions, teacher coaching and training as well as university advising. She is extremely experienced in assessment, is a DP Language B/English B face-to-face Workshop Leader and a DP Language B Online Workshop Facilitator. She has also led IBAEM (the IB Africa, Europe and the Middle East regional office) workshops in Jordan, Belgium and Zurich.
